Alex has practiced law since 1998 after passing the Illinois State bar exam on his first attempt. (Sadly, many law graduates have never been able to pass the exam, even after many attempts.)

Alex has served businesses from Mom and Pop shops to international companies, and represented businesses in court and before the Illinois Department of Human Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

He has represented municipalities, and provided counsel on managerial disputes, governmental duties and limitations, and complex transaction issues.

A Master's Degree in Business

In addition to his law license and degree, Alex holds a master's degree in business administration (MBA).

College Instructor

Pursuing a personal labor of love, he's a business and law instructor as well, at  local colleges.
